Tomorrow starts the begin to the 30 days to a better you. After thinking about what I could realistically do in thirty days I came up with my goals. I would like to loose five pound ( a pound per week seems reasonable). I would love to have more energy instead of feeling sluggish, I would like to gain more muscle mass, and I want to motivate others to get healthy. These are my goals for this challenge.
