I used the bun recipe in my previous post. Here is the link http://cousezparfait.blogspot.com/2011/01/freezer-cooking_10.html. The only changes I made was I used all white flour, 1 teaspoon of extra olive oil, and I added 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of basil, and 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Then let the dough rise.
I put ham, peperoni, and provolone on the buns and put it in the convection oven until the sandwich is hot. This will be your favorite sandwich from now on.

Pizza and a Movie
What would a Friday night be without a pizza and a movie? Well just about every weekend my dad makes a homemade pizza. The crust and sauce is made from scratch. As you can see in the second photo my dog always waits in hope that he will get scraps of pizza.
Now to the movie portion this week I recommend the tv series Cristy. Cristy is about a teacher that goes to teach at a backwoods mission. This is an excellent series that I highly recommend buying.

Recyle Bank
Recycle Bank is a website that rewards you for buying recycle products and recycling. If you buy Kashi cereal (sometimes you can get it cheap) and there are quizzes, videos you can watch to earn points. With these points you can redeem them for prizes. I have been using for a year and love it. Here is the link to sign up http://www.recyclebank.com/referafriend/?___store=us&bl=aG9tZXJfbGVlXzZAeWFob28uY29t. I always like to be honest and I will receive 10 points for each person that responds to this link (I have my eye on an Itunes gift card).

Valentine Paper Chain
Hello!
I hope you are all doing well on day two of our 30 day challenge. Hopefully you are all sore from exercising just like me ( what can I say misery loves company). I do realize that not everyone has the ability to go to the gym (I was lucky enough to find a treadmill for $20.00 at a garage sale last year), but there are many online resources that provide free exercise videos. Here is a link to a website that has free workout videos. http://www.exercisetv.tv/workout-videos/ I hope you will share your experiences and Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

Almost Chicken Fried Rice
Almost Chicken Fried Rice is the name my lovely brother came up with. As I was cooking this dish which I believe is to be a healthy version of Chicken Fried Rice and my brother came in and asked what I was cooking. I said fried rice, my brother said this isn't fried rice. Then he said I know what you mean almost fried, virtually fried rice, well ok its not actually fried rice. He did change his tune after he tasted it.
What you will need
Boneless Skinless Chicken Brest
Brown Rice
Onions
Carrots
Corn
Soy sauce
Dijon Mustard
Chicken Broth
Boil up your brown rice as directed by the box. Cut boneless skinless chicken brests in to chunks and cook until done. The take low-sodium chicken broth and chop up carrots and onions and saute them until soft. Add cooked drained rice to the onion, carrot and broth mixture. Then add chicken, corn, 1 Tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard. If dry add chicken broth. This recipe can be changed, you could add cumin, peas, or make what ever size batch you want. Happy Cooking.
